A work in progress and a fabulous finish from Linda

I've been slowly, and I do mean slowly, hooking this pattern.  It has been on this frame for at least 1 1/2 months which is a long time for me. I'm going to force, well challenge, myself to hook at least 2 triangles a day to get this rug done in the next couple of weeks.

When I taught at the Biennial in Lancaster, PA, I taught this rug.

However, one of the gals wondered if I could make it into a runner so she could put a candle in the center area between the two pumpkins. What a brilliant idea and the ATHA pumpkin runner came to be. Linda Long just sent me a picture of my ATHA pumpkin runner and isn't it fabulous. It is such a fun pattern.

Thanks to the ever talented Linda for sharing her finished version of my pattern.  Maria
