What is on my frame this week

Well actually for the last month and half actually.

It is based on an illustration from an old children's book. 

Here is the old illustration that the pattern is based upon. 

UPDATE ON THE BRAIDING TUTORIAL...I am working on it and have part 1 done. Once I have the remaining parts done, I will post the first part, second part, third part and possibly a fourth part.  So find a rug that you want to add a braid to and you'll be braiding hopefully by the weekend!    Maria
